Returns & Exchanges

Please read this policy before placing an order. We do not offer discretionary exchanges or returns of opened or unsealed personal care products for hygiene reasons. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

If you change your mind

For eligible online orders, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. Email info@jbcosmetic.com within that period to tell us you wish to cancel, then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons lose the cancellation right if unsealed after delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back for return instructions.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, not as described or incorrect, email us with your order number and details of the problem. We will provide the remedy required by UK consumer law. Opening a product does not remove your rights if it is faulty.

Refunds and exchanges

We do not offer discretionary exchanges. Where a cancellation or legal remedy applies, we will provide the refund or other remedy required by law. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
