RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, unsealed, or otherwise non-resalable cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once an eligible hygiene-sealed product has been opened after delivery, it cannot normally be returned simply because you changed your mind.

REFUNDS

We do not provide refunds simply because a customer:

• Changes their mind after opening or using a cosmetic product.
• Chooses the wrong product without contacting us for advice beforehand.
• Decides they no longer want an opened or used product.
• Does not achieve the particular cosmetic result they expected, as individual results may vary.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact JB Cosmetic as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us promptly and provide your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging where possible.

Please do not use or dispose of the product while your claim is being reviewed.
